Education is the grand plan of the state and the party.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward new requirements and new positioning,which stressed the importance of the building of a brand-new "four in one" target system of school physical education,the form of an education system of all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,aesthetic and labor,and the establishment of the "health first" education concept of in school physical education,for the development of school sports at the national education conference.The outline of building a sports power pointed out that youth physical fitness and the service system should be significantly improved and perfected before 2035,and that a socialist modern sports power in an all-round way should be built in 2050.As one of the main ways to build a strong sports power and the foundation of physical education development,school physical education is of great importance in cultivating teenagers to develop the habit of lifelong exercise and a healthy life style.Junior high school is the golden age for the development of teenagers'physical health.The development of physical education and health curriculum directly reflects the development of teenagers'physical education in China.Shenzhen,as a special economic zone with a strong comprehensive strength in economy,education and culture,has developed for more than 40 years and has created a remarkable "Shenzhen speed".The reform and development of physical education and health curriculum in Shenzhen is worth learning and using as reference.The development of physical education and the development of social economic policy correspond to each other with a high degree,hence,whether the reform and implementation of physical education and health curriculum meet the needs of the comprehensive development of Guangming New District in Shenzhen needs to be explored.Therefore,this paper investigates the status quo of the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in Guangming New District with an attempt to find out its advantages and problems and to provide suggestions on the development of physical education in other areas or schools.By taking the status quo of the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in junior high school in Guangming New District of Shenzhen as the research object and literature study,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis as research methods,this paper analyzes the status quo of the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in Guangming New District Senior Middle School,Gongming Middle School,Changzhen Middle School,Guangming Foreign Language School and Guangming No.2 Middle School from the aspects of junior middle school physical education teachers resources,students,facilities,the implementation of physical education and health curriculum,the development of extracurricular physical activities and the factors affecting the development of physical education and health curriculum.1.The overall educational background and age structure of junior middle school physical education teachers in Guangming New Area are reasonable.Concretely,the young and middle-aged teachers are the main force of junior middle school physical education teachers,and the way of old teachers help young teachers can develop in a diversified way,yet the gender ratio of teachers is unbalanced,all of which asks that much more attention should be paid to strengthen teachers' continuous learning and their level of scientific research.2.The degree of satisfaction of junior high school students in Guangming New District to the teaching content of physical education still needs to be improved.Students have misunderstandings on physical education and health curriculum,which featured by they view the preparation for physical education examination as the main purpose of physical education and they do not realize the essential role of physical education and health curriculum although their enthusiasm of physical education study has been improved to some extent.3.Guangming New Area junior high school has basically built indoor gymnasium with the relatively perfect school sports equipment configuration which can basically meet the teaching needs.Also,the Education Bureau attaches more importance to sports and health courses,yet the scale of ground track field in some schools does not meet the requirements of national primary and secondary school equipment standards.4.The scope of teaching objectives is relatively comprehensive,the teaching content and students' interest needs are further improved,the selection of teaching organization and methods does not significantly highlight the main position of students,the content and methods of teaching evaluation are lack of comprehensiveness,the main body of teaching evaluation is mainly physical education teachers,lack of connection with students and parents.5.The forms of extracurricular sports activities in junior high school in Guangming New Area include:sports meeting,sunshine sports week,large class,community,special team and activity class of specified time.The forms of extracurricular activities are diverse,the content is rich,and the atmosphere of extracurricular activities is good.
