Research and teaching as the two main functions of higher education,there are contradictory unity of the characteristics of unity.With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,the competition between colleges and universities gradually intensified,and because of the economic and social development of the diversification of talent demand,many scholars began to recognize the importance of colleges and universities to cultivate multi-level talent.The number of teachers grows slowly,resulting in the gradual increase in the workload of existing teachers,teaching and research for the energy of the conflict,so that the relationship between teaching and research more complex.According to the current research and analysis of university classification,based on the most representative classification criteria of Wushu Lian University,it is divided into four types:research,teaching,research,teaching and research,and both teaching and research.The contradiction between teaching and research university is the most prominent in the relationship between teaching and research.Therefore,the impact of research and research on teaching and the way to improve the teaching level of teachers in colleges and universities have a positive effect on promoting higher education.On the basis of the research of a large number of literatures,this paper points out that the current research-driven teaching path has the status quo of the decline of college enrollment,the decline of the score line,the low threshold access,the low level of students and the natural decline of students' scientific research level There are some problems such as the separation of scientific research and teaching,the imbalance of the proportion of mentor students in the situation of enrollment and the implementation of risky research,and on this basis,combined with the literature review,designed the three-level index and corresponding problem Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS tools.Based on the results of the survey and analysis,the main research results were as follows:combining with the theory of knowledge transformation,we find out the effective path to make the teaching of tacit knowledge in college teachers,Applied to the actual classroom teaching to achieve the two-way research and teaching drive,and put forward the use of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge of the transformation model to promote the school teachers tacit knowledge teaching dominant path of effective countermeasures.And the engineering course teaching as an example to carry out empirical analysis put forward the implementation of scientific research-driven teaching solutions and countermeasures,with a view to improving the teaching level of college teachers.In this paper,the model theory of teaching literacy in college teachers' scientific research is explored,and the basic variables of the research on the path of the teaching are established.The transmission and transformation of sexual knowledge to promote the development of teaching,explore the path used in scientific research-driven teaching to improve the teaching level.
