In The New Media Environment, Case Work Involved In The Study Of Doctor-patient Disputes

In recent years,the rapid development of new media has changed all aspects of social life,and the medical profession is inevitably affected.The new media environment has made important changes in the transfer mode of doctor and patient knowledge.The medical knowledge of the patients is rich,the unequal information between doctors and patients is weakened.The immediacy of the new media platform has widened the communication channels of doctors and patients and convenient communication between doctors and patients.However,due to the unequal information and patient information screening ability,the improvement of the patient's ability status makes the cooperation between the doctors and patients difficult,and the three reasons of the lack of trust between the doctors and patients are caused by the biased media report,and the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming more and more tense.The social work is facing new difficulties in the medical disputes under the new media environment.Difficulties and challenges.Based on the new characteristics of the doctor-patient relationship under the new media environment,this paper selects social work as a topic for the development of doctor-patient disputes and has a strong practical significance.The first part of the article introduced the introduction of the background,significance,research status and so on;the second part,on the basis of literature research,designed the questionnaire on the influence of the new media on the relationship between doctors and patients,and analyzed the characteristics of the doctor-patient relationship in the new media environment through the questionnaire survey method;the third part was advanced.The necessity and feasibility analysis of case work involved in doctor-patient disputes was analyzed,and the development needs of medical social work involved in medical disputes were studied.The fourth part was based on the guidance of communication theory,rational emotion therapy and post truth theory.On the basis of accurately grasping the characteristics of the medical and patient department under the new media environment,the author took the author in Ji'an.The real case of contact in the practice of the city D hospital is the carrier,and the case work of the new media environment is carried out in the study of the medical disputes.The fifth part is the summary and reflection,which will pave the way for the future research of this subject.It is found that both doctors and patients believe that the current contradiction between doctors and patients is still a common problem.Most of both doctors and patients have the experience of the use of new media.The new media environment has changed the mode of medical knowledge transmission and provided a new form of communication between doctors and patients.It also aggravates the patient while providing more medical resources.Distrust of doctors and difficulties in communication with doctors aggravate the negative impact of biased media coverage.Under the new media environment,the case work can effectively intervene between the medical and patient disputes,and the social workers,while promoting the benign communication between the doctors and patients,do the bridge between the hospital and the media,and communicate with the media in time and effectively before the contradiction breaks out,to correct the biased media reports and to guide the medical and patient between the bad public opinion.An irrational emotion.Social workers can also be referrals and contacts of resources,through the assessment of patients and their families,the use of network public research and other ways to find and strive for the necessary social resources for the patients in need.Therefore,case work in the new media environment is necessary and feasible in the intervention of medical disputes.It is urgent for the social workers to grasp the characteristics of the new media,make use of the environment and platform of the new media,combine the special status of the social work and the professional values,and continue to promote the innovation and development of social work.
