Due to long-term migrant parents,family structure and function change,lack of parental care education,plus the rural community public service level is low,the rural left-behind children appeared many problems,including attention problems of the rural left-behind children suffer sexual assault.Existing research found that rural left-behind girls encounter the risk of sexual assault is particularly serious,main reason in addition to the lack of effective family care and social protection,there is also a lack of awareness of children and their families safe sex children self-protection and mutual insurance ability is weak wait for a reason.Professional social work should help strengthen the community protection of left-behind girls and the self-protection of girls' groups.This research through a pretest questionnaires and interviews to understand the sexual assault prevention T school left-behind girls education present situation,found T school sex education of rural left-behind girls is missing,the lack of basic physiological health and sexual knowledge,low rural left-behind girls' safety consciousness,lack of self-protection ability.This study use advantage perspective theory and social learning theory of group social work intervention in rural left-behind girls of the sexual assault prevention education may be related to results,carry out "buds open,safe,we can" sexual abuse prevention education group.Group aims to help left-behind girls know one's own body,puberty physiological health knowledge and the necessary knowledge,identify sexual assaults,improve the self-protection ability,preventive violation occurred.By developing rural left-behind girls preventive education group work in the concrete practice of violations and study found: group work in the rural left-behind girls sexual assault prevention education first need to form a professional social workers,the joint school teachers,adolescent sexual health and safety professional volunteer service team;Second,discuss the safety and health problems are more need to use active listening,summary,support and encouragement,self reveal strategies and techniques,such as a rural left-behind girls personal preventive ability of the violation and development as well as the girls group of mutual confidence social functions such as the goal;Thirdly,the preventive invasion of education needs to master the necessary physiological and health knowledge and certain sexual health and safety knowledge,self-protection awareness can be enhanced,and self-protection ability can be improved.Finally,it is necessary to help the left-behind girls build confidence and mutual trust,and believe that they can deal with this dangerous situation and believe that they can seek help from partners and others.This study suggest that also should learn by guardian education groups,school teachers and staff team of education such as improving the capacity of family care,schools,and communities to protect,compound can also be use cases,group,community the advantage of the three methods together for left-behind girls sexual health and safety services.Social workers have called for the development and improvement of the social support and protection system for left-behind girls in rural areas through the efforts of family monitoring,school education,national and social protection.
