There have been repeated violations of girls in the society,and the beautiful flower season has suffered misfortune,which is regrettable and angry.Therefore,it has attracted extensive attention of the society.In 2018,the general office of the Ministry of Education issued the notice on Further Strengthening the work of preventing sexual assault on students in primary and secondary schools(kindergartens).The notice said that we should focus on strengthening sexual abuse prevention education for primary school students,left behind students,boarding students,students in township and rural schools and their parents.In the face of the fact that girls have been sexually abused,the society began to pay attention to the protection of girls,and also strengthened the knowledge of relevant infringement prevention education in schools and communities,so as to improve their self-protection ability and prevention awareness.However,due to the continuous development of economy,some children have become "left behind girls".As a special group,left behind girls should be paid more attention and prevented in the absence of family education and school education resources.It is particularly important to strengthen girls’ own prevention awareness and measures,carry out sexual abuse prevention education,improve their sexual abuse prevention ability and avoid sexual abuse.Through the professional method of social work,this study uses group work to intervene in the research on the prevention of sexual abuse of left behind girls.On the basis of investigating the current mastery of sexual abuse prevention knowledge and ability of the research object,this study uses the professional concept and skills of social work to carry out practical operation through group activities to carry out progressive sexual abuse prevention education for left behind girls in W school.In this study,15 left behind girls in W school were selected as the research objects.Through 10 group activities,"meet","where are we from","what is privacy","distinguish dangerous situations","identify bad guys","refuse temptation","danger signals","escape from the devil’s claw","brave flower bud" and "goodbye,flower bud",Help them master certain physiological knowledge,improve their sexual abuse prevention knowledge and ability,and correctly deal with sexual abuse skills.The final effect of group activities through the comparison and analysis of the pre-test and post-test questionnaires of group members,it is concluded whether the ability of left behind girls in sexual abuse prevention has been improved after the intervention of social work,and the contents of the pre-test and post-test questionnaires are consistent.Social workers play a variety of roles in the process of carrying out group activities.They are not only the planning organizer,but also the guide and educator of the activities,which reflects the advantages of social work.Through the practical operation analysis,the group activities have achieved remarkable results,which significantly improved the left behind girls’ awareness of sexual abuse prevention,strengthened their awareness of self-protection,mastered the skills and ability to stay away from danger,and mastered the methods of how to correctly treat and deal with sexual abuse.However,the protection of girls only depends on the power of social work is far from enough.The improvement of girls’ awareness and ability of sexual abuse prevention needs joint efforts in many aspects.Families and communities should strengthen cooperation,pay attention to the impact of the environment on left behind girls,and jointly improve the sexual abuse prevention education for left behind girls.Thus,we can work together to study new ways and methods of girls’ sexual abuse prevention education,so that girls can avoid unnecessary harm and live,grow and study healthily and happily.
