Football is a campaign to inspire the national spirit,promote unity and popular sports.The country has deepened the reform from the strategic level of football,insisted that all from the baby grabbed.The school is the best environment to cultivate young people,so the campus football from 2015 rose to national strategy,from the national level began to pay attention to football,and developed a series of practical policies and operational programs,hoping to expand the popularity of campus football,to expand the youth soccer population,the revitalization of our country football career.Xi'an has a good football atmosphere,big fans base,as the national campus football's main distribution point,the development of its campus football has a negligible impact to the development of the national and orderly advance.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to study the promotion current situation of campus football in Xi'an as the object of study,select students and teachers of soccer schools in Xi'an.In accordance with the campus football to promote the main education system and sports system,and campus football to participate in the main body,that is,teachers,students,parents from the perspective of organizational management,football school construction,football teaching and after-school training activities,football events,training,funding,campus football theory research,supervision and social organization,and so on.The result shows that:Xi'an campus football in the whole process of doing a lot of work,promotion ways is diversification,promotion content is rich.The development of campus football in Xi'an has played a positive role in promoting.In the specific process of promoting the following problems still exist:(1)The campusfootball in Xi'an has multiple management in organization and management,and diversified the main body and diversified the target.The promotion of sports systems and education system there are more barriers;(2)Policy introduced short-term concentration,macroeconomic policy is more than micro-policy,policy is not comprehensive;(3)For students to train anxious,ignoring the football education function;Teacher training" scale education "is more serious,ignoring the connotation training;(4)There are many types of events and frequent tournaments,elite development is more prominent;(5)Football teaching difficult to implement,lack of quality of teaching supervision,a serious lack of educational functions;(6)Special funds invested heavily,unreasonable development.According to the above problems,for Xi'an campus football propulsion puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:(1)The overall coordination,promote pilot development;(2)To strengthen
