Since the 21st century,with the concept of lifelong learning become more and more important,traditional education method is hard to satisfy people's learning needs.The National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2011-2020)clearly states that,we need to speed up the development of continuing education,build flexible open lifelong education system and develop the modern distance education vigorously.With the rapid development of network and information technology,students' learning methods and learning concept have been greatly changed.Online learning with its unique advantages has become an important supplement to traditional education.In order to promote education informationization and creat digital learning environment,the domestic colleges and universities have introduced various types of digital teaching platform,widely carried out the teaching and management based on online platform.As an important platform for online learning,Blackboard has been favored by many colleges and Universities.However,the existing research shows that,the majority of teachers and students believe that online activities will spend a lot of time and energy.Some learners reflected that the knowledge and skills acquired in online learning environment are not always impressive.And the quality of online learning has been questioned because of the heavy burden of teachers and the poor learning effect of students.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to improve learners' online learning experience that we optimize the construction of online courses and activities,and enrich the modern teaching methods.Learning experience has gradually got the attention of researchers in the field of education at present,but the related research is still in its infancy.Based on this,the author took the Information Technology and Curriculum Integration as the research course,with the Blackboard platform as the teaching environment,to explore the influencing factors of learners'online learning experience.The purpose of this research was to explore the direct and indirect factors that affect students' online learning experience and the relationship among various influencing factors.The specific research process is as follows.First of all,the author adopted literature research method and interview method to identify 15 influencing factors of students' online learning experience.They are learning background,learning motivation,self-efficacy,independent learning ability,peer interaction and collaboration,platform's function and design,network condition,teaching ability,learning activities design,interaction between teachers and students,resources characteristics,resources presentation,learning tasks,discussion topics and assessment methods.The initial matrix of relationship among various factors was formed based on literature research.Then,the author adopted the Delphi method to ask for advice from experts.After four rounds of consultation,the author ultimately determined the logical relationship among various influencing factors and constructed the Interpretative Structural Modeling of online learning experience influencing factors based on the Blackboard platform.Secondly,the author took the Information Technology and Curriculum Integration as the research course,and selected the topic of Flipped Class and Micro-Courses to carry out research.On the basis of related theories and Interpretative Structural Modeling of influencing factors,online learning resources and learning activities supported by the Blackboard platform were designed.After the end of experimental course,the author distributed the "Influencing Factors Questionnaire of Blackboard-based Online Learning Experience" to students who enrolled in this course.Then the author used scientific statistical methods to deal with the questionnaire data,and selected out the main influencing factors of online learning experience.Then,the author reconstructed the Interpretative Structural Modeling of influencing factors which was structured early and proposed the relationship among these factors.Additionally,the author used the structural equation modeling method to verify and modify the reconstructed model.The main conclusions are as follows:learning background,learning motivation,self-efficacy,independent learning ability,platform's function and design,network condition,resources presentation,discussion topics and assessment methods are the secondary factors that affect Blackboard-based online learning experience of learners.Teaching ability,peer interaction and collaboration,learning activities design,interaction between teachers and students,resources characteristics and learning tasks are the main factors.Teachers' teaching ability is the most fundamental factor that affects learners' online learning experience,and has a significant positive impact on learning tasks,learning activities design and resources characteristics.Interaction between teachers and students is the most direct factor,while learning tasks,learning activities design,resources characteristics,peer interaction and collaboration are indirect influencing factors of learners' online learning experience.Finally,based on the previous empirical study,the author put forward the reasonable and effective suggestions of how to improve students' online learning experience,as well as the construction,teaching application and development of Blackboard platform,respectively from these four aspects of teachers(teaching assistants),learners,learning and technology.
