Research On Public Finance Policy To Promote College Students' Employment

In recent years,the number of college graduates increased year by year,but due to the deterioration of the economic situation in the world,the employment situation of graduates is not optimistic.At present,the difficult employment of graduates has become a social phenomenon,how to deal with this problem with a reasonable policy to become a major issue.Our country to solve the employment problem from the policy issues discussed,and formulated a series of policies,such as tax relief for college students,the implementation of financial subsidies and encourage businesses to attract college graduates employment,to develop a series of measures to improve the employment rate of university students has played an important role in promoting,but also provides guarantee for maintaining social stability and economic progress.The establishment of security measures is very important to improve the employment status of College students,However,in the process of the implementation of the policy,there are still some problems that can not meet the practical needs,such as the low degree of policy awareness,the short duration of the preferential policies,the lack of strength and so on.Make a lot of fiscal measures are lack of pertinence,fiscal,taxation,labor and personnel departments cooperate closely enough,many policies are not in place to implement,which resulted in the specific implementation problems frequently,seriously hindered the smooth development of College Students' employment.Therefore,require government agencies to increase the degree of attention,establish and improve college students' employment service system,adopt more favorable policies for the employment problems of university students,further tilt in the related tax and financial subsidy concessions,ease the employment of college students to provide institutional guarantee for promoting economic and social development and stability.This paper analyzes the college students of Yunnan Province in the employment policy as the sample,the number of graduates in Colleges and universities face increasing,explore the public fiscal policy at present in our province in the College of employment,and the existing problems in the implementation of fiscal measures are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the analysis,the author believes that,in addition to the need to update the concept of employment,the government should improve the measures,including setting up the enterprise personnel information exchange platform,intensify policy propaganda and execution efficiency,improve employmentand entrepreneurship support fund subsidies,perfect employment related tax policies,improve the social security system,to further implement the policy how to promote the employment of university students and how to improve the fiscal measures to promote employment explored in today's situation.
