Research On The Public Policy Support System To Promote The Employment Of Unemployed College Students

Employment is the largest people's livelihood.Adhere to the strategy of giving priority to employment and active employment policy,to achieve higher quality and more full employment,is to cultivate the new energy of economic development and promote the inherent requirements of economic transformation and upgrading,it plays an important role to inspire entrepreneurial passion of employment and entrepreneurship in whole society,to improve the labor income and the quality of life and to promote the pursuit of personal value conform to the labor force.At present,the employment problem of unemployed college students is attracting more and more attention from all walks of life.Improving the public policy support system of unemployed college students and promoting employment and entrepreneurship is beneficial to exert the potential and value of human resource and beneficial to social stability and harmony.The article takes Baoding City of Hebei Province as an example,investigates mainly from the status of unemployed college students in Baoding City of Hebei Province,analysises the causes of unemployed college students,delves into problems on public policy support according to the support system of public policy for college students in Hebei Province,makes further efforts to present the suggestion of improving the support system of public policy for unemployed college students.By issuing questionnaires,the article analysises the existence and employment preparation of unemployed college students,studies the content of all kinds of public policy of unemployed college students which have been issued systematically,takes a comparative analysis to combine with the content of the employment policy of foreign countries,points out that the employment mechanism of macroeconomic policy needs to be improved,the management mechanism of training and education is not sound enough,public service settings are not standardized,the information level of labor market is low.According to the existing problems of public employment policy support system,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the employment public service system,improve the present policy system,improve the management level of training and education gradually,expand the cooperation channels of employment service and realize the information platform construction of the employment service.
