| The "Teaching Process" in the "Outline of the Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)" promulgated in June 2001 emphasized the need to handle the relationship between imparting knowledge and cultivating ability,paying attention to cultivating students’ independence and autonomy,and guiding students to question,investigate and study";In the"Reform Goals," he pointed out that "advocate students to take the initiative to participate,be willing to explore,be diligent in their hands,cultivate students’ ability to collect and process information,acquire new knowledge,analyze and solve problems,and the right to communicate and cooperate." It has become a hot spot for people to focus on how to reform the mathematics teaching model,let students fully display the subjectivity of students in the mathematics classroom,and construct new teaching models to improve teaching quality.Therefore,I will construct a new type of teaching model to improve the academic performance as the subject of research.In this paper,by referring to the literature,it draws lessons from the relevant theories and practices of teaching models at home and abroad,and elaborates the operation procedures,operation methods and functions of the "Guidance-Help-Research-Province" teaching model.In this paper,it uses the observation method to carry out the field investigation and study,to understand the specific application of the model in practice,and to understand the students’ adaptation to the teaching model and the degree of participation in order to accurately grasp the causes of fluctuations in student performance in different time periods;The interview method was used to thoroughly understand the origin of the teaching model,the use methods,and the issues that need attention in the operation.In addition,this paper adopts an experimental method to select a demonstration school in Shenyang and compares the results of the first test,the second test,the third test,and the fourth test of the experimental class and the comparison class to verify the model of “ guide,help,study,and introspect”,thus improving the effectiveness of mathematics.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: Using the teaching model of "guide,help,study,and introspect" will help improve the overall mathematics of the class;Using the teaching model of "guide,help,study,and introspect" will help improve the performance ofmathematics for B-level students and C-level students;The use of the teaching model of "guide,help,study,and introspect" will help avoid student polarization and make students at all levels develop positively. |
