The process of teaching is a special process of cognition and practice, which is often demonstrated in a certain way . Teaching model shows the application of mathematical theorieand the generalization of teaching practice.Besides,it is the carrier of definituding teaching concept, So it is well worth researching.Based on expounding the relative theories on the maths-teachingmodels,thisarticleanalysesthe characteristics of the modern maths-teaching models The teaching model that has the basic processes of "guiding and creating the questioning environment-discussing and exploring equally between the teacher and students-solving the problem by the students themselves?searching the neodoxy and the difference to form the circulation (of theknowledgeandthequestion)"isbasicallysetupwiththefoundationofcons tructivism and the directing idea of Humanism Curriculum View point.lt also deals with the experiment of teaching maths in junior middle school which has lasted for one year. Through surveying and analyzing the results of the exams, it gets the main conclusions as follows: l.This maths-teaching model helps to improve the students' interests in learningmaths and changing their attitude toward study. 2,It helps to raise the students' consciousness as the subject. 3.1thelpstoestablishthestudents'multi-abilities to learnmaths. 4.,It helps to increase the junior students' marks in the maths exams.
