In recent years,the sports school has cultivated a large number of excellent reserve talents for competitive sports,which has played a great role in the rapid development of China’s competitive sports.In achievement at the same time,however,the existing system of market economy,education of our country’s sports school running mechanism is not able to adapt to requirements of the society for competitive sports reserve talented person,also will not be able to meet the competitive sports reserve talented person to enrich their own knowledge and ability is an urgent need to,affected the sustainable development of competitive sports reserve talented person The problems such as "the contradiction between learning and training" and the narrowing of the athlete’s way have both internal reasons and the external environment.The social from all walks of life in the face of these problems,but has not yet been targeted solutions,so that the development of sports school is becoming more and more difficult now,a lot of sports schools at the county level is difficult to sustain,have merged.If these problems cannot be solved effectively,it will definitely affect the sustainable development of competitive sports in China.Shandong sports school has been developing steadily in recent years,striving to improve the comprehensive ability of competitive sports reserve talents.Shandong province has always been the big province of competitive sports in China,the strong province,while continuing to cultivate a batch of another batch of excellent athletics sports reserve talented person,but the current situation of competitive sports reserve talented person quality education is not optimistic,the basic knowledge of students to master the situation is bad,practical ability development not balanced,innovation ability,innovation consciousness,innovation,quality need further training,ideas on obvious bias,etc.Based on 6 city sports school,1 sports schools at the county level of competitive sports reserve talented person quality education present situation as the research object,using the method of documentary,investigation and so on,municipal,county amateur sports schools in shandong province athletics sports reserve talented person’s quality education present situation investigation analysis,and find out theproblems existing in the development process,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.The following results are obtained through the study :(1)the current quality education is not comprehensive and the results are not obvious.(2)the school-running mode of shandong sports school is mainly based on the traditional mode and lacks certain flexibility,and there are great restrictions on the cultivation of the reserve talent practice ability of competitive sports.(3)the age structure of the coaches is polarized,with a single knowledge structure and low enthusiasm for scientific research;The number of female teachers in the teacher ranks is 2/3,and there is a large gap between males and females.It basically restricts the cultural learning,the development of practical ability and the formation of innovative spirit of the reserve talents of competitive sports.(4)the sports schools in shandong province is more reasonable to arrange the training time,the number of students,the coaches can serious training plan and strictly implemented,the contents of the training program allocation more reasonable,effective,and competitive sports reserve talented person more harmonious relationship between teachers and students;Teachers can finish teaching by class,but the relationship between teachers and students of competitive sports reserves needs to be improved.(5)shandong sports school is still outstanding in training and training,and the reserve talent in competitive sports is lagging behind.(6)the relevant training facilities of shandong sports school basically meet the training needs,and education facilities need to be enriched.The gradual diversification of the funding sources of sports schools has not only depended on the support of the government.But medical equipment is still too basic,medical staff shortage and so on.
