Research On The Cultivation Of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents In Huai'an,Jiangsu Province

Due to the influence of the training mode of competitive sports talents in China,the current training of athletic sports talents in Huai'an City follows the tertiary training system of the planned economy period.Under the market economy system,this kind of training mode has gradually revealed the malpractice,the reserve personnel team has a certain degree of shrinking,it is difficult to support the Huai'an sports sports sustainable development.Throughout today's Western developed countries,most of the amateur sports into the education system.Representatives of the United States as some Western countries,has achieved a successful experience in the education system to train a number of competitive sports scores top,high cultural quality of the outstanding athletes.Most of our provinces and cities have also taken some measures to deal with problems in the training of athletic sports talents,such as strengthening the "combination of physical and educational" efforts,but also achieved some success.In this study,we use the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to Huai'an City Sports School,the county and other amateur sports schools and other sports reserve talent management,training institutions for Survey object.This paper analyzes the status quo of the training of reserve talents in Huai'an City,and reveals the restrictive factors of training talents of sports talents in Huai'an City,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures for the training of sports talents in Huai'an.The results show that the training system of athletic reserve talents in Huai'an is mainly the three-level training network which is led by the sports administrative department.It is mainly based on the training mode of Huai'an City Sports School,Large-scale sports events have achieved good results,but with the development of the situation,the management system and the way there is a certain lag,management is extensive,grass-roots coaches coaching enthusiasm is not high,low level of culture,it is difficult to adapt to science Training requirements.The main factors restricting the training of reserve talents in Huai'an are: the lack of attention and policy support of government leaders,the shortage of reserve personnel training,the cultivation of reserve talents is relatively simple,the lack of competitiveness,the overall quality of coaches is not high,teaching power Weak,chaotic competition system,sports personnel exchange system is not perfect.Therefore,in view of the advantages and disadvantages of the training of reserve talents in Huai'an,this research puts forward some countermeasures to the development of competitive sports reserve talents in Huai'an:(1)play the government function and actively strive for the fiscal policy;(2(4)improve the competition system,enhance the level of sports competition.(4)improve the competition system,improve the level of sports competition.(3)pay attention to the construction of cadre ranks;(4)focus on the integration of sports,promote the steady development of youth sports.
