For a long time, our country attached great importance to the reserve of talents of competitive sports and culture. After more than half a century of development, China to let the whole world witness was not just a "mass" leap in competitive sports, but also a country, a national comprehensive national strength and the promotion of the position of the world.Shandong province was not only the most populous province, but also a big sports province. It had train a number of outstanding athletes through the sports schools, and prepares a large number of excellent sports talents for the country over the years. But in recent years, with the highly civilized and development of the market economy, it putted forward higher requirements on sports school. The traditional stated system was threatened, it needed to reform. How maintained its own advantages in the full of opportunities and challenges society, developed scientifically, and seeked its own reform and development, the problems needed to be consider in sports school, In this paper, the method of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics was used, and six cities’ sports school as the research object of Shandong province, such as Ji’nan, Qingdao, Weihai, Binzhou, Ji’ning and Zaozhuang. The athletes, coaches and administrators in the six sports schools were issued questionnaires, the sports school’s situation at present was been survey and analyze, the current situation of Shandong province athletics training and development trend were been understand, the author’s purpose was to find the existing problems and discusses the countermeasures to solve it.This study founded that the municipal sports school exists the following problems in Shandong Province:First, the quantity and quality of Shandong municipal sports school students felled significantly, and graduate employment narrowly. Second,"sports training combined general knowledge courses" nominal, students holded negative attitude toward learning. Third, there was lacking of high comprehensive quality talents of the coach team. Fourth, the level of scientific training was low. Five, investment insufficiency or say municipal sports school funds via single, training equipment maintenance was not timely. The last, the relevant system in sports competitions backwarded.For the above problems, the author had put forward several suggestions which will turn around the fundamentally concept:Firstly, students should had correct values and employment attitude. Secondly, schools should improved the coaches enthusiasm and improved the level of scientific training. Thirdly, the government should supported the development of the sports, at the same time, increasing the investment in it. Fourthly, sports school needed establish a new school-running mode, what sets up the multi-level diversification development consciousness. Fifth, companies should provided sports professional technology, improved sports professional students employment. Finally, the government should holded more competition, that increasing the chance of athletes. |
