As an important institution for obtaining information resources and guaranteeing learning,the library plays a vital role in the cultural undertakings.With the rapid development of mobile Internet and mobile terminal devices,the concept of mobile library has been mentioned more often.Along with the revolution and progress of science and technology,the way of learning has gradually changed,and mobile learning has been created.The behavior of using the library is essentially a part of the learning behavior.When mobile learning meets the mobile library,it will be a new research angle.The purpose of this study is to observe and research the user needs of mobile libraries from the perspective of mobile learning.Firstly,basing on literature research and mobile learning theory,four elements of mobile learning have been summarized and extracted,that is,information resources,learning tools,interaction and services.With the further investigation into functional projects of 23 domestic mobile libraries,28 mobile library services based on the four elements framework of mobile learning have been selected,and an empirical study questionnaires has been designed based on the Kano model.The questionnaire mainly quizzed by paper and partly net survey,403 valid questionnaires have been collected.By using the method of Kano evaluation,classifying 28 functions by the demand of the mobile library,further using Better-Worse index analysis method to refine the analysis,discovering the status quo and problems of project of mobile library offers at present in our country.And then continue using the Kano analysis method and evaluation method of user acceptance and demand for weight calculation,analyzing and comparing the different degree of the user,the actual and potential users,and identifying the difference between school grades are divided according to the three types of schools and differences basing on users' education level,there are significant differences between the actual and potential users.There is little difference in demand and satisfaction among the three types of school users,but a few differences in the needs of individual functional items.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,6 suggestions for improving mobile library services will be put forward,including further enhancing the hardware and system updating,key project services,strengthening training and propaganda for new user groups,carrying out optimization design for different levels of users,to strengthen regional cooperation and sharing mode of the construction of mobile library and differentiate from the traditional library services.
