China has stressed the importance of the physical and mental development of young children in the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)and the State Council ' s Opinions on the Current Development of Preschool Education,especially in the “ 3-6 ” In the "Children's Development Study Guide",we emphasize the need to follow the laws of the physical and psychological development of young children,to all children,to pay attention to individual differences,to adhere to the game as the basic activity,to integrate teaching and education,to entertain,to promote the healthy growth of children,and to focus on the development of basic children The ability to move and put forward corresponding goals for the development of children aged 3-6 years old.In the report of the Party's Nineteenth Congress and the government work report at the 13 th National People's Congress,it was proposed to pay attention to pre-school education,run pre-school education,and make every child enjoy fair and quality education.The early childhood period is the period when the children's physical development and function develop extremely rapidly.It is of great significance to study the influence of dance-related sports on the physical health of children.This article adopts a literature research method,experiment method,measurement method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method.It uses the experimental class of the Shanghai Normal University Minhang Experimental Kindergarten as an experimental subject.Based on the selection of the teaching content of the dance class,the Three aspects of physical form,physical quality,and mental health compare the physical health of the experimental class and the control class.The conclusions drawn are:1.The selected exercises for children's dance classes include children's basic gymnastics and children's dance.The basic contents of primary infant gymnastics(first-level indicators)include basic body posture training,basic cohort formation exercises,and physical fitness exercises.Skills training and flower ball exercises,children's dance teaching content(primary indicators)mainly includes basic skills training and children's dance,each indicator also includes a number of secondary indicators,and corresponding secondary indicators for children's basic gymnastics and children's dance Content combination for teaching.2.Compared with the control class,the experimental class using the dance classexercise is conducive to the improvement of the physical quality indicators such as flexibility,balance,speed,and sensitivity of the kindergarten class students,but the physical quality indicators such as strength quality and height and weight The impact is smaller.3.Compared with the control class,the experimental class using the dance class exercise is conducive to the improvement of the mental health of the kindergarten class students' movements,cognitive ability,sociality,living habits,language,but the emotional The influence of the will index is smaller.4.Compared with the pre-experiment,the experimental class using the dance-type exercise to teach,after 13 weeks of teaching,is conducive to the increase in the physical form,physical fitness,and mental health of the kindergarten class students.
