Research On Female College Students' Professional Choice From The Perspective Of Gender

There are more female students in high school liberal arts classes and more men in science and technology classes.There are more female students majoring in liberal arts in universities and more boys in science and engineering majors.The gender difference between female and male fields in the job market is obvious,such as the fact that there are more women than men in primary and secondary school teachers.From division,specialty to profession,it is an important event that can not be ignored in the course of life.Professional choice plays a key role in connecting the past with the following.It is particularly necessary to study professional choices from a gender perspective.Based on the theoretical background of gender and gender science,this paper uses qualitative research method to set out from the daily empirical fact of professional choice,based on Doing Gender theory,taking professional choice as an important behavior in women's life course as a breakthrough point.This paper analyzes the process and influence of female college students' professional choice from the aspects of interpersonal interaction,school orientation and market division,media guidance,and analyzes the mechanism of gender's action on professional choice at the level of individual,family and education.Firstly,from the point of view of male / female dual analysis,female college students' professional choice is dependent,weak risk,more attention flexible time.Secondly,compared with the female college students who choose the "non-female field",the female students who choose the "female field" pay more attention to the choice of the female partner,schools language,markets assess the social roles of women in their professions and careers,and are susceptible to the influence of "best fit" and "superior" women's specialties.Thirdly,out-off-balanced gender are embedded not only in the mechanisms of education and the role of the family,The effect of individual achievement,independent level and ability on professional choice can not be ignored.Through the analysis of female college students' professional choice,this paper describes the professional choice of female college students vividly and vividly.On the one hand,it is of great significance for the scientific treatment of gender and educational thinking in order to explore a wider space for women to choose their major;on the other hand,This paper deeply analyzes the inheritance and reconstruction of women'sprofessional choice behavior and subjective value,explores the localization and out-off-balance choice,and enriches the research contents of theoretical experience in daily life.
