Female College Students Employment Outlook Of Our Universities

Recently, difficult employment phenomenon of college students has become issues that caused extensive social concerning. There are many factors leading to difficult employment of college students, such as the supply exceeds the demand, unreasonable professional setting and deviation of employment structure. In addition to these external objective factors, the deviation of college students’ choosing occupation is also important reason that leads to their difficult employment.Choosing occupation of college students is a consciousness conception. It can be manipulated into five aspects including employment expectation, career cognitive, employment psychological, value orientation of career choice and vocational selection. Choosing occupation of college students not only determines their attitudes and choices about the employment unit type, workplace and hope salary, but also govern their employment mentality and behavior. Only college students set up right employment occupation, can they get smooth realization of employment goals in the process of job seeking. Currently, difficult employment of female college students is becoming a hotspot in academia research. Female college students at school are in the stage that their values and outlook on life tends to format. And their ideology and behavior is easily affected by external environment. As a special group, what about their choosing occupation? Which factors are mainly influencing the formation process of their choosing occupation? What kind of impact would these choosing occupation for their employment results? How to set up correct career path? All of these are the issues we need to discuss.In order to solve the above problems, the article mainly uses the literature material approaches and interview to conduct the investigation analysis on female college students in Hubei province. We find that there exists both rational and irrational aspect in choosing occupation of female college students through status analysis about their view of employment. On one hand, their career goals are gradually reasonable but sometimes unreasonable. On the other hand, their independent consciousness gradually strengthen, but there is certain degree of dependence and low self-esteem. The author analyzes the reasons of this paradox in the choosing occupation and subjective consciousness of female college students on the basis of survey and interview data. It mainly concludes family education, school education mode, social environment and undergraduate personal factors. And we can seek for solution from problem source. At the same time, the author discuses the approaches how female college students set up right view of employment on the basis of reason analysis. Finally, this article summarizes the main point of this research and points out shortcomings existing in the study and the theme of follow-up study.
