Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.And it's an important way for women to acquire property rights and participate in social and economic activities.Female college students are an important part of China's human resources and have an important impact on maintaining sustained economic growth and social stability.However,in recent years,due to the influence of traditional concepts and gender division of labor,gender biases in employers in society have made sex discrimination in graduate employment of college students a matter of considerable concern.Compared with male college students,female college students often have to deal with other biases from employers.Research on employment discrimination for female undergraduates,involving many disciplines such as economics,law,society,and education,must be considered comprehensively.This study starts from the perspective of gender differences between men and women,and conducts questionnaires and interviews with graduates from four colleges and universities in Hunan Province to analyze their differences in personal characteristics,employment concepts,employment process,and results,and to integrate the employment status of all college students.To conduct a comprehensive and dynamic investigation,first of all,it is necessary to demonstrate that employment gender discrimination does exist and analyze the problem representation of discrimination.The reasons for multiple formation are analyzed in terms of traditional concepts,policies,regulations,employers,higher education,and women themselves.On this basis,it tries to put forward solutions to the female college students' employment gender discrimination methods,including increasing female employment opportunities,establishing mainstream gender awareness,building a female characteristics curriculum system,and awakening women's gender awareness.The study of employment discrimination of female college students is a subject with strong theoretical and practical value,and female human resources have an irreplaceable role in employment.This article hopes through the study of the problem,enrich the relevant theory of employment and cause concern and consideration in various aspects of society.It will create more equal employment environment and achieve further development of human resources in our country,the creation of a greater extent the economic and social benefits.
