| Primary education is the basis for students. It can be said that the learnings at this stage provide the knowledge and capability provisions for their future development, which is the main reason why the primary education has been attracting much attention of the public. As the saying goes, better birds choose greener trees to habitat. It is getting more and more popular for the public to reach the education of the highest quality and,get the best resources to lay a solid foundation for children’s future development. The high demand for education quality, however, requires students to bear a relatively large academic burden, while parents and teachers are equally stressed. In view of the above situation,in order to effectively reduce the academic burden of students and to release parents and teachers from the entanglement of the average scores and standard deviations,Shanghai Education Commission has put forward a “zero start” education policy in primary schools since 2013 which specially emphasizes that the requirements for teaching evaluation must be based on the Curriculum Standards with the ultimate goal of eliminating from the hearts of students all kinds of shadows of examinations and making them to enjoy the learning process. In learning,It can really get not only knowledge, but more should be good learning habits, ability to solve problems, which is the only way to provide practical supports for the lifelong development of students. This paper is a practical study of the reform of mathematics teaching evaluation in the low year period of primary schools, which is mainly divided into the following parts: in the first chapter, the proposition, the research status at home and abroad, the purpose, significance and method of the study is expounded through literature reviewing and sorting. The second chapter is the core of the theory. In this chapter, the concept of evaluation and teaching evaluation are defined, and the theoretical basis of teaching evaluation and the theories related to this reform practice are elaborated. The third chapter is the analysis of the status quo of the low years of primary school mathematics teaching evaluation before the evaluation reform based on the teaching practice and the interviews with peers, parents and students, and the basic idea of the framework and principles of reform practice according to the issues found in real practice. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the core part of this article. The fourth chapter is the research on the reform practice in low grade primary school mathematics teaching evaluation content of the above, and the fifth chapter is the research on the reform and practice of low year primary school mathematics teaching evaluation mode. The two chapters both include the corresponding evaluation case for examples, and provide an knowledge of the understanding and feelings of students, teachers and parents towards the reform through interviews reference to the further practice of evaluation reform to offer a reference to the further practice and an instant feedback for revision. The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of the practical research on the reform of teaching evaluation. After nearly two years of practical research,I find that the impact of this reform is quite obvious on teachers, students and parents, who can be regarded as the direct beneficiaries. The evaluation reform makes the teachers to gradually pay attention to the students’ learning process, the students to find the advantages and disadvantages in the entire learning process, and the parents to identify the learning problems of the kids in all kinds of evaluation control table in details instead of being entangled in percentile score results, which helps them to offer precise assist for the further developments of kids.In short, the implementation of evaluation reform has been carried out in the unremitting efforts of teachers with the attentions and guidance from all the society and leaders at all levels. There are still many problems needing the exploration and summarization in the next work practice.Only in this way can the evaluation system be more perfect and more scientific. |
