With the further development of curriculum reform in basic education,the reform focuses more on classroom teaching.As the implementer of teaching reform,the first-line teachers face many new chances and challenges in the background of teaching reform,and their characters are also changed.Teaching reform not only advocates teacher's leading role and active participation,also reinforces the combination of reform concept and classroom teaching.And finally it is internalized as a conscious behavior of primary and secondary teachers.However,the challenges that teaching reform poses to teachers are not unprecedented.In the Republic of China period,education in primary and secondary also has experienced great changes and transformation.Faced with the influence of Western culture and civilization,first-line teachers were actively engaged in education reform,showing their strong dynamic in participating in teaching reform.Though it was history,teachers' active participation in teaching reform of primary and secondary school was full of education value,which was worth dining.Therefore,it is necessary to take a research on the dynamic factor and mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers' participation in teaching reform in the Republic of China Period.On the one hand,research on teaching reform of primary and secondary school can be deepen.On the other hand,experiences and enlightenment about teachers' power lifting can be provided.This research consists of the following five parts:Part I: The introduction.It mainly introduces the research origin,literature review,purpose and significance,ideas and methods,and difficulties and innovations.Part II: The general information of primary and secondary school teachers 'participation in teaching reform in the Republic of China Period.This part analyzed the contents of primary and secondary schools' teaching reform and the path that teachersparticipated in teaching reform in the Republic of China period by literature and historical research methods.Meantime,this research presented some first-line teachers' words and deeds,like Shen Baiying and Yu Ziyi,and some typical cases about primary and secondary schools carrying out teaching reform to demonstrate that teachers had strong motivation to engage in teaching reform,which established the foundation for analyzing the dynamic factors and mechanism of teachers' participation in teaching reform.Part III : The dynamic factors of primary and secondary school teachers 'participation in teaching reform in the Republic of China Period.As to this part,by analyzing literature,it was indicated that the dynamic factors of primary and secondary school teachers' participation in teaching reform in Republic of China period came from both internal and external.This part is the factual description,which makes a good foundation for the later discussion of dynamic mechanism.Part IV: The dynamic factors of Primary and Secondary School Teachers 'Participation in Teaching Reform in the Republic of China Period.Based on the analysis of internal and external dynamic factors,this part explains the dynamic process of primary and secondary school teachers' participation in teaching reform from three different fields--teachers,schools and society.Various dynamic factors in different fields collaborated with each other and finally formed the dynamic mechanism of teachers' participation in teaching reform.Part V: The modern enlightenment of primary and secondary school teachers 'participation in teaching reform in the Republic of China Period.Based on the reflection of dynamic factors and mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers' participation in teaching reform in Republic of China period.This research concluded four enlightenment of promoting first-line teachers' motivation in teaching reform under the background of curriculum and teaching reform in basic education from the following aspects: teachers' education belief,teacher's training system,teacher community and teachers' leadership.
