Persuasion education is an indispensable way in moral education,which affects moral education in primary school.The traditional view is that persuasion education is a means for teachers to spread personal thoughts and show personal authority,and students can only obey.Based on the voice of doubt,this study will explore persuasion education,understand the connotation of persuasion education,and help teachers to develop persuasion education content that meets the needs of student sundefined personality,age and moral education in school.Based on the nature of two-way communication of persuasion education,this study analyzes the persuasion education content of 22 primary school class teachers based on the six basic requirements that affect the content of persuasion education.On the basis of the relevant research,this paper probes into these three problems: First,what is the connotation of persuasion education? Second,what are the factors affecting persuasion education? Third,from which angle to evaluate the effect of persuasion education,and how to improve the effect of persuasion education?Accordingly,this paper answers these three questions through the research,and obtains the viewpoint of this paper.Firstly,persuasion education is a two-way communication,there is no coercion and control of the other side.It is also an educational activity aimed at persuading the object to adopt advice,change ideas,and improve words and deeds.This conclusion eliminates the unilateral understanding of persuasion education in the past: persuasion education is a means to show the authority of teachers.It not only broadens the theoretical connotation of persuasion education,but also raises the understanding of persuasion education and paves the way for further research.Secondly,the process and effect of persuasion education are influenced by four main factors: persuasion,persuasion object,persuasion content and persuasion environment.Each factor is rich in content and contains specific elements and characteristics.Thirdly,on the basis of the above,six basic criteria which affect the content of persuasion are obtained:educational,empathy,logic,pertinence,indirectness and adaptability.This paper evaluates the persuasion content of 22 primary school class teachers and finds four main problems: one is that the persuader controls the right ofspeech and neglects the right of expression,the other is that the persuader overemphasizes the educational result of persuasion and despises the organization of the content of persuasion.The third is that the persuader has a single understanding of the characteristics of the object of persuasion,and the fourth is that the persuader lacks the ability of communication.In view of these four problems,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward.This conclusion reveals the basic criteria and specific indicators that affect the effect of persuasion education,points out some common problems,and puts forward some improvement strategies,which will help to organize the content of persuasion education and evaluate persuasion education.Contributed a new idea.
