With the complexity of social division of labor and the diversification of enterprise management,more and more enterprises pay more attention to students' soft skills,such as moral quality,professionalism and healthy personality in addition to students' educational background and technical ability when recruiting new employees,such as moral quality,professionalism and healthy personality.From the national,local documents and the planning of the Ministry of education,it can be seen that it is imminent to improve the soft skills of the secondary vocational students,to improve the comprehensive quality of the students and to pay attention to the growth of the students' life.Therefore,secondary vocational schools attach great importance to the training of students' soft skills,and cultivate students' soft skills from the aspects of moral education,moral education and education.In order to further improve the effectiveness of soft skills training for secondary vocational students,based on the basis of a large number of theoretical studies and based on the practice of school work,this paper explores the evaluation and evaluation of the soft skills of students in secondary vocational schools.Through extensive research,the author puts forward some preliminary indicators for soft skills of secondary vocational school students.Then through the consultation,theoretical demonstration,expert evaluation,test revision and other steps to screen and revise the index,and finally determine the right set of each index and build a soft skill index system suitable for the secondary vocational students in C school.Under the guidance of soft skills index system,we carry out relevant practice activities aimed at improving students' soft skills.At the same time,the reevaluation activities of C school students' soft skills evaluation have been carried out to ensure the quality of the soft skills evaluation activities of the students in C schools,the evaluation standards are scientific and effective,and the evaluation subjects are satisfied.Through the implementation of soft skills evaluation,the author finds that soft skills evaluation can optimize the training of soft skills in schools,fully reflect the students' common development and individual differences and guide teachers to carry out teaching work and improve students' comprehensive quality better.
