With the development of education in China,SCIENCE,as the key basic course in schools,plays a very important role in improving the scientific literacy of students.As the most fundamental subject in basic education in China,SCIENCE has a strong practicability.Therefore,the effectiveness of experimental teaching directly affects the cultivation of students 'comprehensive ability and the shaping of their scientific spirit.The new curriculum standard of chemistry course in compulsory education has redefined the teaching status of chemistry experiment,in which cultivating the thinking competent of students becomes the important direction and content of the chemistry course in the next nine years of compulsory education.The students 'chemical competent is gradually expanded from theoretical knowledge to practical competent and thinking competent.On the basis of exam-oriented chemistry,junior high school chemistry has gradually become a subject that focus on heuristic teaching and cultivate students ' competents when they explore the natural world.Driven by the goal of this discipline,the research on chemistry experiment teaching model in junior high school has become the focus attention of the chemistry teachers.Based on the chemistry experiment teaching in junior high school and defining the core concept of chemistry experiment teaching mode,this paper summarizes the research results of chemistry experiment teaching mode in middle school.And under the guidance of constructivism theory,metacognition theory and leading organizer theory,combined with the actual situation of junior high school chemistry experiment teaching,on the basis of scientific inquiry teaching model,we tried to build the junior high school chemistry experiment PPECA teaching model.At the same time,it explains in detail the operation points,functions,application strategies and interrelationships of each module in the new teaching model.In order to prove that the newly constructed teaching model has a positive effect on the promotion of junior high school chemistry experiment teaching,this study also carried out experimental verification.The quasi experiment was used in order to get the evidence to support the effectiveness of the PPECA model,that the research product.The performance data were collected,and were scientifically analyzed.This study found that the PPECA teaching model has a good effect on fostering students 'interest in learning chemistry and improving students' enthusiasm to carry out experimental exploration to solve chemical problems.At the same time,the PPECA teaching model is also superior to the general teaching model in cultivating students ' competents,especially in terms of comprehensive application competent and experimental competent.This model is also helpful for teachers to carry out teaching design when they carry out experimental teaching.It has strong operability,pertinence and generality.
