With the development of junior physics curriculum reform, it is a touchy issue that how to stimulate students'learning interest and initiative, improve students'research ability and highlight the issue of physics curriculum standards in the process of physics teaching. This paper concentrated on physical experiment course. It discussed the model and methods of how to developing students'learning interest and initiative and improving students'research ability under the information technology environment.The paper mainly discussed following issue:1. Do more research on integration of information technology and physics.2. Exploring the designing method of junior physics experiment course in the process of inquire teaching under the ideal state. The paper analyzed the designing principle, strategy and methods under the ideal state.3. It explored the method of seeking the integration point in the process of experiment course, analyzed the general integration point and gave some measures.4. This paper came up with two basic inquire teaching model respectively as follows: experiment inquire under multiple media and networks. It explained two models in detail by cases.At the end of the paper, the author analyzed the types of junior physics resource and designed a series of method to manage.
