Many college students now suffer from mental health problems under multiple pressures such as schoolwork, employment, and emotions, which seriously affect their healthy growth. How to improve the psycholo gical resilience of college students and improve their ability to resist pressure in the face of setbacks and adversity has become a matter of concern to society as a whole.Studies have shown that physical activity is also one of the important factors affecting mental health.Whether physical activity affects psychological resilience or whether there is an intrinsic link between the two,how to improve the psychological resilience of college students is a problem that needs to be solved in this study. In this study,Liang Deqing et al revised the "Sports Activity Rating Scale" and Yang Yi compiled the "College Students Resilience Scale".A survey of 404 college students in Shanghai was conducted.SPSS 20.0 was used to conduct independent sample T-tests,correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis on the data to analyze self-efficacy,self-acceptance,stability,and problems of different levels of physical activity and psychological resilience.Resolution, friend support, and family support are the relationships between the six dimensions. The findings are as follows: 1.The overall activity of college students in some colleges and universities in Shanghai is not good.61.88% of students are in small activities;26.24% of students are in medium activity;11.88% of students are in large activities. There was a significant difference in the amount of physical activity between gender, the place of birth, and the only child. There was no significant difference at the grade level.2.The overall psychological resilience of college students in some colleges and universities in Shanghai is above the middle level. In the stability dimension, boys are better than girls;in terms of friend support, girls are better than boys.Students from cities outperform rural students in terms of self-efficacy and friend support.Only children in the four dimensions of self-efficacy,self-acceptance,friend support, and family support are higher than non-only children.3.Some college students in Shanghai participate in sports activities from 31 to 59 minutes. The frequency of activities per week is 3 to 5 times. The highest level of psychological resilience is the participation of middle-school students. The psychological resilience dimension has a very significant difference in the level of physical activity, and the total score of mental resilience increases with the increase in the level of activity. There is a significant positive correlation between activity intensity, activity time, activity frequency, activity total score and psychological resilience score and its six dimensions. The total correlation between activity total score and psycholo gical resilience score and self-acceptance dimension is the highest.5.There is a linear relationship between mental resilience and physical activity.Among them, activity time has the greatest effect on self-efficacy and friend support dimensions;activity frequency has the greatest effect on self-acceptance and problem-solving dimensions;and on family support and stability dimensions. On the other hand, activity intensity has the greatest impact.
