| Because of the economic,social,cultural states that the rural college students have is relatively immature,besides there is a significant change in their living,studying and cultural environment after they enter college,they will face all kinds of pressure and adversity in life and study.This essay uses positive psychology as the theoretical back-ground,trying to find out how rural college students use their advantages to pull through the adversity in a positive perspective.Based on clearing up the concept,effective factors and mechanism of action of the resilience,this essay will find out the relationship between the social capital and resilience and the mediating effect of the psychological capital by building a structural equation model.The research finds that,there is a significantly positive correlation between the social capital and resilience,the bonding social capital,bridging social capital and linking social capital has different effect in promoting the level of resilience,the bridging social capital is more common in group of college students.The mediating effect of psychological capital between social capital and resilience is partial and also significant.The psychological capital is the trigger of the social capital for the resilience.There is a significantly positive correlation between the social capital and the psychological capital,promoting the quality and quantity of the social capital can make a promotion of the psychological capital,then make a positive effect for the level of the resilience.There is not a significant different in the level of the resilience between rural college students and non-rural college students.The individual who has lower quantity and quality will focus on using the psychological capital and accumulating social capital.According to the result of the research,this essay makes the following suggestions: Building a wholesome supporting system to promote the resilience of college students;Interfere the psychological capital to ensure the psychological health of college students;Encouraging college students to attend after-class activities to accumulate social capital;Carrying out effective resilience interfered training;Setting college students psychological health courses,making campus psychological assistant project. |
