An Empirical Research On Agricultural Industrialization To Promote Farmers' Income Increase In Hunan

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the general requirement and the general starting point for the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.The development of agricultural industrialization is one of the important measures to promote rural revitalization.From the overall and strategic height of the nineteen party,it is clear that the priority of agricultural and rural development should be adhered to.It should be closely related to promoting industrial development,guiding and promoting more capital,technology,talent and other elements to flow to agricultural and rural areas,mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the farmers.With the continuous advancement of the agricultural industrialization process,the "three rural problems" in Hunan province have been effectively solved,especially the farmers' income increase,which shows that the agricultural industrialization is an effective way to promote the increase of farmers'income,the former has a certain positive effect on the latter.Therefore,studying the relationship between agricultural industrialization and increasing farmers' income is very important for solving the problem of farmers effectively.Based on the purpose of this study,this thesis first summarizes the research on agricultural industrialization and farmers' income increase by domestic and foreign scholars,describes the connotation and characteristics of agricultural industrialization,and the influence mechanism of agricultural industrialization on Farmers' income increase from four aspects of production cost,product added value,environmental governance,labor transfer and so on.According to the present situation of agricultural industrialization development and the current situation of farmers' income in Hunan Province,it is pointed out objectively that there may be some problems in the development of agricultural industrialization,such as the backward agricultural technology level,the agricultural dependence on chemical production and the weak brand competitiveness of agricultural products,and then through the establishment of Hunan agriculture.The index system of industrialization is used to measure the level of industrialization,and the level of agricultural industrialization in Hunan province from 1990 to 2015 is calculated.Then the Eviews 9.0 software and two step cointegration test were used to make an empirical analysis on the increase of farmers'income in 1999-2015 years in Hunan province.The empirical results showed that the agricultural industrialization development in Hunan had a certain positive correlation to the increase of farmers' income,and the coefficient of its influence was 0.482,that is,the agricultural industrialization development index increased by 1 units,and the farmers increased.The collection development index increased by 0.482 units.Finally,this paper combines the theoretical analysis with the empirical research.In view of the problems of short board of science and technology,the blind input of production factors and the slow brand construction in the development of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province,this paper proposes to strengthen the agricultural science and technology innovation and agricultural science and technology popularization,develop the vocational education of farmers and scientific and technological talents,and make innovative links.We should develop strategies for developing famous brands of agricultural products,developing efficient eco agriculture and eliminating rural pollution,so as to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Hunan province into a new stage.
