Research On The Selection Mechanism Of Cooperation Objects In Public-private Cooperation In China

After the reform and opening up in 1990 s in the field of infrastructure as a starting point for public-private partnerships in the country progresses, the state has implemented a series of policies and regulations to ensure the implementation of public-private cooperation in China. Currently, the public-private cooperation system in China has made great progress and public-private partnership model has begun to be model, especially its huge advantages on public infrastructure construction. However, the development of public-private cooperative in China is still in its infancy, and there are still many trivial issues needs to be studied further. This paper selects the starting point in partner selection problem of public-private cooperative. From the perspective of market competition, analyze different types of market features as well as the impact of partner selection in public-private cooperative. Meanwhile, pay more attention on how to select the partner in different types of markets.This article starts from the theory of public-private partnership of partner selection mechanism. Based on the concept of PPP and the theory of Partner selection mechanism theory, summarized the development of the theory of Partner selection mechanism. Then discuss the construction of selection mechanism in the different market, based on the analysis of public-private partnership of partner selection mechanism theory and the market analysis of PPP.
