In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, the entire information industry is facing great opportunities, but also facing great challenges in the same time. In this context, the traditional distribution industry and the internet industry, the traditional retail industry and the internet industry integrated rapidly. It is cross-border integration of these industries have a great market, which has brought not only unprecedented opportunities to the enterprise, but also a huge challenge for the process of corporate restructuring. Meanwhile, the current state of development of various sectors of e-commerce is far from ideal in general, every industry scattered strength, which is difficult to form a scale and brand effect.Firstly, this thesis summarized e-commerce strategic planning theory, value chain and value network theory, the theory of supply chain and customer relationship management theory, combined with the status and distribution of Chinese e-commerce application status analysis of the development of enterprises that distribution business e-commerce development crux of retail services, lies in a one-stop integrated service platform model. Channel distribution platform business model is a new business from the dealer's needs as the starting point, around the dealer demand, customer resources, unified service standards, standardized service processes under the integrated line that covers all aspects of dealer demand for resource integration and architecture design, full learn the advantages of existing single platform model, and try to avoid the deficiencies of existing models to build a comprehensive e-commerce service platform O2O(Online-to-Offline) mode. Then, analysed the each module of internal platform and the operation relationship of each modules, proposed the resource integration strategy. And further analysed the implementation of the subject and its organizational structure, platforms profit model, factors of the new platform. Finally, the authors recommend improvements and programs. This study will focus on the benefits of sea commerce platform company system to establish a sound and practical implementation, and analysis of critical control points for each of its sub-processes of the supply chain to help companies establish a standardization and regulation of e-commerce platform model.
