In recent years, especially the past two years in twenty-first Century the development of LED lighting industry is overwhelming, In the mordern times, people is pursuing green environmental protection and energy saving and intelligent Home Furnishing, and LED lighting has the above advantages, so too many business mans joint LED lighting industry under the circumstance of national support. LED lighting industry has become one of the hottest promissong industry now, Thus it is creating a new era of LED lighting to environmental protection, integration, intelligence as the core.This paper completed the process used in the job analysis method, interview method,experimental method and other methods as the main research. In this paper the operating status of LED lighting industry as an example, conducts the research to the enterprise development strategy and marketing strategy. Before start writing papers, I first read a lot of literature, refining the theory, and according to personally participate in the number of LED lighting business and marketing, collected in the process of practice the most real information. LED lighting upstream high-end technology is concentrated in the hands of the United States and Japan and South Korea, China's LED lighting industry both in the competition for talent competition, enterprise management, internal systems and business management system, the marketing strategy with the international level there is a considerable gap, so how to solve these problems? On the basis of literature research, this paper integrated the enterprise internal management and marketing of all aspects of comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and the actual situation of the enterprise for the LED lighting business of domestic marketing and trade market assessment, in order to improve the comprehensive competition of enterprises, but also increased the number of internal adjustment method is practical and its marketing strategy.Based on the LED lighting industry background analysis, as well as LED lighting enterprise production and management situation of the advantages and disadvantages of the detailed analysis, to the demand of the market environment analysis, the analysis of the problems existing in the foreign trade enterprises, and then a relatively detailed how LED lighting business solutions encountered will industry problems, benign the rapid development of enterprises, improve the internal management level, promote the transformation of business processes, enterprise alliance strategy and resume positive study on the marketing strategy of LED lighting business, channel strategic alliance deep channels, the development of stealth channels in the tradition of Qu Daoji basis, establish brand awareness of the brand strategy, enhance corporate reputation and perfect service to win the market.
