With the further development of the national economy and the urbanization,the demand of LED lighting solution have been forward to the countries, andChina is now at a stage of rapid development, one is China is one of the greatestpotential markets, two is the LED lighting technology in China is alreadymature, three is the LED lighting market was recognized by the vast number ofconsumers, thereby the Chinese gradually become the main target market oflighting solution. The total output value of industry Chinese in lighting solutionindustry for5consecutive years is at an annual rate of30%increasing.The main market of XX company is for the citialized projects and thehigh-end hotels and buildings,80%value is contributed from this portion in lastyear, while private custom consumer markets group last year also is in gratuallygrowth. This paper will focus on the one of main markets-the high-end hotels andbuildings study, base on the growing demand in it, and put forward themarketing analysis and strategy.Firstly, we address the research background、the significance of theresearch, and then introducing the marketing strategy and the introduction oflighting design industryt. Secondly, based on the analysis of XX lighting designcompany ‘s status in the Chapter3, we take off the a detailed analysis(SWOT) ofXX lighting solutions company market environment in Chapter4, analysis andthe main competitors marketing strategy in Chapter5XX lighting solutionscustomers demand analysis, finally, in Chapter6, based on the analysis of XXlighting solutions company’s marketing strategy recommendations forimprovement and to acheive the market expectations, to complete the researchtarget of this paper.Base on Philip Kotler’s theory and McCartlly’s4P Marketing Mix theory,combined the author’s opinion, this paper is to study the marketing strategy ofXX company, and analyzed the status of promoting, to further influence the similar company and lighting solution industry.
