Science and technology services industry use s all kinds of professional knowledge, technology and method of science and technology to provide technological services to the whole society. As a important part of modern service industry, science and technology services industry plays a significant role in the promotion of scientific and technological innovations and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and it's important in optimizing industrial structure, and cultivating new economic growth point. Secondly, this paper discusses the relevant theories of agglomeration in science and technology services industry, emphasizing on the Self-organization Theory. And then analyze the dynamic of its process of becoming orderly, organized and agglomerated from disorderly unorganized and scattered, in the view of the self-organization theory and build the theoretical dynamic mechanism model of agglomeration in science and technology services industry. Again, try to make clear to the content of the composition of the dynamical mechanism of the development of science and technology service, determining the flow switching, difference and diversity, and network innovation mechanism, fluctuation, and competition and coordination as the five self-organization dynamic, determining regional strategic planning, institutional supply, supply of public products and services, the market environment construction and management, regional soft environment construction as the five hetero-organization motivation factors.
