Since 2008, with the global financial crisis spread to the world, the international trading system has been hit hard, the global economic environment has been destroyed. The prospect to solve the sovereign debt crisis in Europe is still uncertain, the American economic recovery slowly yet, because of the growth of Emerging economies slowdown, China's domestic and external demand fell sharply; international ship fuel prices remain high; international container ship capacity oversupply and so on objective factors.And container shipping enterprise also with the economic slump by seriously affected, which after WTO into the most difficult period.Based on the recent development of container shipping industry in Tianjin regional market environment, the paper analyzes the current situation of marketing channel conflict, and analyzes the current situation of COSCO Tianjin International Freight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as COSCO Tianjin).Based on the analysis of customer service requirements of Tianjin port's foreign trade logistics enterprises and the COSCO Tianjin marketing channel, a set of strategic system of container shipping logistics is discussed. Through adopting many effective strategies and measures to improve the management and control of the marketing channel, it can strengthen the market competitive advantage. Because of the unique characteristics of the logistics industry, the logistics industry has a unique feature, which is more complicated in the current market economy transformation and the new normal market to adapt to the conditions of the channel conflict. Chinese and Western scholars have not yet given more attention and insight. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of the marketing channel of container shipping logistics industry and the practical analysis of the typical company's coping strategies.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the marketing channel conflict in Tianjin, which is a reasonable proposal for strengthening marketing channel management, maintenance of channel management and performance assessment, budget indicators. Perhaps these suggestions can provide a reference for other container shipping or logistics transportation enterprises, and thus make the entire logistics industry marketing channels smooth and efficient.
