Most of the top 20 large multinational pharmaceutical companies in China were investigated successively by the local industrial and commercial bureau and public security bureau followed the GSK event happened in July 2013. And the investigation exposed the facts most leading pharmaceutical companies commonly used to implement the commercial bribery in China. However, as the strength of global compliance management and the China's anti-corruption, the compliance will become the inevitable requirement of the multinational pharmaceutical enterprises operating in China. Meanwhile, the multinational pharmaceutical companies have to face the potential risks of losing their market share lead by their compliance management. Then how to survive and develop them in the Chinese market is a huge challenge for the multinational pharmaceutical companies.Base on above situation, we study the multinational pharmaceutical enterprises compliance management in China accordingly. Through the study we found both internal management and external environment improvement are the two critical points to promote the multinational pharmaceutical company to be developed in China. One side, the company should build the internal management system and culture by themselves. But as we mentioned, the company have a big potential risk of losing the market shares as the complex business environment in China, so it is not enough for companies' self-management. Another side, we need to improve the external operation environment to establish a fire market environment for the companies'competition with the compliance operation. This paper discusses the two aspects of above two topics and also raises the some measure counters and action plans.
