| The pharmaceutical industry is known internationally as the "permanent sunrise industry".It is an intensive,international,and highly specialized industry and one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.With the advancement of China’s comprehensive deepening reform,the national pharmaceutical economy has shown a trend of sustained and stable development.In addition,the pharmaceutical industry has been included in the national high-tech industry in recent years,and has been strongly supported by national policies.The enterprise develops rapidly.However,due to the influence of relevant policy factors and market competition,the new competition situation and pattern in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing has made pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises into the era of low profit.For existing pharmaceutical enterprises and pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,studying the opportunities and challenges that pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises face under the trend of economic globalization from a strategic perspective can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises.This article takes HK pharmaceutical companies as the research object and,based on the relevant theories of strategic management,explores the business dilemma under the pressure of external market competition under the background of pharmaceutical reform from the perspective of corporate value chains.Use SWOT,strategic evidence and other related strategic tools to analyze its future development direction to establish a business development strategy with practical value and promotion significance.The study found that under the background of deepening pharmaceutical reform,HK pharmaceutical companies have many internal advantages such as strong scientific research and development capabilities,advanced product technology,and the like,and there is a dilemma in the development of chaotic internal resource management.Aiming at the company’s current development status,this article proposes matching SO leaping development strategies,ST vertical integration strategies,and WO function strategies to choose the development direction and the corresponding strategic guarantee system.This helps HK Pharmaceuticals to effectively and comprehensively grasp the entire dynamic process of its own development,so that it can better understand the connotation and implementation path of strategic management,so as to formulateeffective development strategies and form the company’s competitive advantage in the market.This article can provide practical reference for pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in the same industry to find a strategic direction suitable for enterprise development in the context of deepening reform. |
