Tourism Real Estate Development Model Evaluation Study

Tourism real estate development as an emerging industry in our country gradually,especially with the national standard of living rise sharply,relevant national policies,as well as the improvement of the transportation systems,tourism real estate has become hotspots of investment by our country.The rapid and healthy development of the tourism real estate is not only of great significance to promote the development of tourism industry,real estate,also has important effect to promote national economic growth.However,the development of tourism real estate in our country starts late,lack of system science,in-depth theoretical study,relevant laws and regulations is not perfect enough,therefore,in-depth study of the tourism real estate development to promote the development of tourism real estate has the extremely important significance.The paper is first of all,comparing the domestic and foreign literature about tourism real estate inductive analysis,defined the concept of tourism real estate to do.And then to the characteristics of the tourism real estate,the relevant theoretical analysis,summarizes four kinds of tourism real estate development mode:residential property of tourism,tourist resort real estate,commercial real estate,tourism comprehensive property.Influence at the same time,through literature review on the influence factors of tourism real estate development model,and through the expert scoring to test and screening of various factors,established the risk by financial policy change,urban tourism income of 14 indexes such as the evaluation index system.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the weight of each index,build tourism real estate development model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the evaluation model,through the wuhan chu river han street,East Overseas Chinese Town will be analyzed by two project,prove the feasibility of the model.At the present stage in our country is in the midst of the tourism real estate during the large-scale construction,but the related research is not enough in-depth,this paper builds the evaluation model for real estate developers to select the most appropriate tourism development model to provide certain reference.
