Put forward its own division of tourism real estate development pattern, namely: tourist residential real estate development model, tourist resort real estate development model, tourism business real estate development model, comprehensive tourism real estate development model; The third part of the paper firstly establishes the evaluation index system of tourism real estate development model of Huishan Scenic Area of Shenyang.Then using analytic hierarchy process and entropy technology modified index weight method to determine the weight of each index, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish model. In the end, this paper build the model to determine the Shenyang Huishan Scenic Area is suitable for the development of tourist resort real estate.
