Research On The Relationship Between Modern Port City And Its Development Model

Port city is a combination of port function and city function. It is a complementary relationship, and collaborative development between port and city. Port is the power source of city development, while the port's development relies on city's resources. How to achieve common development both of port and city, and how city's economy goes global with the help of the port, it's an important task that we need to face now. Through study on the relationship between port and city, analysis the city's advantages and disadvantages in the past and nowadays, point out reasonable suggestions, it is successful important for the development of efficient resources using. And it's also beneficial for country's port planning.This task mainly focus on the following two aspects:1 It summarizes and analyzes port city's development mode and trend past and now, explains the close economic ties between port and city, discusses the complementary relationship. On the base of Tianjin for example, emphatically analyzes the contradiction and consensus between port and city, discusses the necessity of integral construction, and further demonstrates the important role of port industry integration construction of port city construction.2 For the port's construction and development present situation, it puts forward the development strategy of integral construction, analysis of the development experience of Tianjin port and city, then gives the suggestion that how port city develops, from land using, city planning, positioning, government function and sustainable development and other aspects.The main contents are as follows:It summarizes and analyzes the construction and development of Chinese and foreign port city, discusses the meaning and purpose of integral construction, and puts forwards constructive suggestions, analysis the characteristics and trends of modern port; analysis the problems of China's port city construction, and puts forward the necessity and the key of integral construction; combined with the domestic and international port city development case, expound the fact our city construction has both advantages and shortcomings; propose the rationalization proposal for integral construction; finally concluded that integration construction according to regional characteristics, and the quantitative index is necessary; the proportion of port city construction, and whether economic growth has relationship with it.
