Study Of The Development Strategy On Port-Industry-City's Integral For Piyang New City,Dalian

With the development of Marine economy continued to deepen, the development of the emerging port city in China has been a hot spot, at present, the development of the emerging harbour city have more problems. Those problems reflected the did not pay much attention to the whole area in the early stages of the development, from a macro perspective analysis to grasp the characteristics and laws of development of the region.
