| Beautiful village construction is the continuation and promotion of China's socialist new rural construction work,a long-term systematic project construction,and the strategic deployment of the long-term development of the socialist country in China.Beautiful village construction can not only improve the ecological environment of the rural areas and beautify the rural village landscape,but also increase farmers' income,improve the living standards of farmers,promote the development of the whole rural social economy and stability.From urban and rural areas as a whole and the national strategic level of social justice,beautiful rural construction is an important content to accelerate the narrow the gap between urban and rural,realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and promote social justice and build a harmonious socialist society.To sum up,beautiful village construction is a major construction projects for the nation and the people.At the same time,the environmental problems faced by human society are also increasingly prominent,especially the current water problem.It has been conducted to research and practice on low impact development in the world.Our development including urban and rural areas must also be under the guidance of the concept of low impact development to sustainable development.On the basis of the analysis of the research results of the LID,the purpose of this study is to use of the LID for urban construction effective system of theory and practice and put it to construct beautiful village.The paper is based on the process and situation of beautiful village in Zhangjiazha village of Huangpi district,analyses the existing problems,put the LID apply to the beautiful village construction,put forward the feasible construction scheme to push the beautiful village construction of Zhangjiazha village and continuously consolidate and deepen the create results.First of all,this article from the perspective of low impact development concept,analyzed the research dynamic of low impact development philosophy,expounds the concept,development stage,low impact development principles and five basic principles,laying a solid theoretical basis for the beautiful village construction research.At the same time,on the basis of expounding the concrete connotation of the beautiful village,the paper study the theory of sustainable development and ecological civilization theory and compare analysis of the beautiful village of domestic and foreign research dynamic.It can be seen at home and abroad research on rural construction without interruption.In spite of domestic or foreign researchers,they put forward their own views and opinions on rural construction respectively from different angles,making an important contribution for the beautiful rural construction and development.In addition,from six aspects of the planning science,producing development,wealthy life,polite phenomenon,clean and tidy appearance and democratic management,the paper describes the specific requirements of beautiful village construction in detail.Secondly,the paper has carried on the detailed analysis and research of the build way of beautiful countryside based on the concept of low impact development,and with a low impact development philosophy as the theoretical starting point,adhere to sustainable development of ideas,with minimal resource consumption and the lowest environmental impact as a guide,from three aspects of the country of the original ecosystem protection,rural ecological recovery and repair,and rural low impact development to analyze the overall idea of the construction of beautiful country,in order to minimize the beautiful countryside development and construction of rural ecological environment and natural systems and the influence of interference.Finally,it's the empirical case study.Zhangjiazha village is the most beautiful and leisure countryside by the ministry of agriculture in 2015,is also one of five selected countryside in Hubei Province.Through field investigation and related data,the paper analyzes the location,natural conditions,the tourism resources,the village population distribution present situation and the land and so on.Then the article study on the overall plan of beautiful rural construction of Zhangjiazha village.It focuses on three aspects of village ecological recovery and repair,village of the original ecosystem protection,and low impact development in Zhangjiazha village.The purpose is to try to explore a long-term development way and the road that is an accord with village actual situation,suitable for beautiful rural construction of Zhangjiazha village. |
