A Case Study On The Happy And Beautiful New Countryside Construction Of Qinggangshu Village Sandaoyan Town In Pidu District Of Chengdu

New rural construction is the important measures to promote rural development and speed up the rural rich steps.It has been carried out in the boom of our country.However,the new rural construction development level is uneven cause the different own conditions and policies.Happy beautiful new village construction is a new plan and the new measures for new countryside construction in Sichuan province.The purpose is to construct a batch of thriving,rich,harmonious and beautiful new village,and drive the rural industry to upgrade.How to successfully promote the construction of happy and beautiful new village also becomes a task for all the builders who are engaged in the construction of the happy and beautiful new village.Depending on their own good development track,Qinggangshu vilage,Sandaoyan town in Pidu district,Chengdu,becomes a model of the happy and beautiful new countryside construction.This paper will summarize and analyze the successful experience of the village in promoting the construction of happy and beautiful new village,and provide a reference for other regions to boost the construction of happy and beautiful new villages.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.First of all,introduce and analyze the overview development of new rural construction and development situation in our country,summarizes the present common problem in the construction of new countryside,recommend the standards of happy and beautiful countryside in Sichuan province.Secondly,it summarizes the whole case of the construction of the village,the background,the main practice and the effect of the construction of the new village.Furthermore focus on analyzing the role and effectiveness of the planning and protection mechanism,the guidance of the government to the villagers as the main body mechanism,the management maintenance mechanism.Summarize the main methods of implementation of the above three kinds of mechanism in Qinggangshu village.Finally,summarize the experience and enlightenment of the village construction of happy and beautiful new village.
