Research On The Energy Politics Between China And Central Asian Countries Under The Belt And Road Initiative Strategy

"The Silk Road Economic Belt" and "the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road " strategy is a pioneer work promoting national economic development along the Road and helping achieve the mutual prosperity of economy."The Belt and Road" strategy will make significant contributions to prompting the mutual benefit and cooperation among the countries along the Road,and will contribute greatly to maintain the stability and peace of the world.In the wake of continuous economic development in China,the soaring energy demand has become visible.China is a country with rich coal and less oil and less gas.With the continuous development of economy,there is still a lack of structure of the energy demand in China.The shortage of oil and natural gas is still the structural contradiction in China's energy problems.Therefore,the security and cooperation of energy discussed in this paper refer to those in the field of petroleum and natural gas.Central Asia is China's periphery,and an important part of the Belt and Road "strategic chain.At the same time,Central Asia is also one of the most resource-rich areas of oil and natural gas.The Central Asian countries with an important strategic position and rich energy resources,are attracting the world's eyes.This energy has been not only a kind of ordinary goods or raw materials,but also an important tool of implementing the strategy of the country.With the cooperation and exchange of energy,the major powers affect the Central Asian countries' political,economic and cultural with different strategies and methods.Accordingly,we should take "The Belt and Road" strategy as an important opportunity to vigorously promote energy cooperation with relevant countries along with the "The Belt and Road",and especially the countries in Central Asia,to enhance energy security ability of China.
