The Strategy Research Of Jiangxi Province To Cultivate The Local Multi-National Corporation

As the product of globalization and high-technology,Multi-National Corporation has been paid great attention to by countries,entrepreneurs and academics.The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC stressed that "to speed up the 'going out' pace,Enhance the enterprise internationalization management ability,cultivating a number of world level multinational companies".Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the seven session of the thirteen plenary session proposed to further the expansion of opening to the outside world,strive to build an upgraded version of the strategic plan of Jiangxi Province open economy.Both the CPC and Provincial Party committee of Jiangxi Province will accelerate the cultivation of a number of local multi-national corporations as the future direction of "going out" strategy and the main symbol of overall enhance of the level of open economy.Therefore,under such circumstances,the research on the cultivation of local Multi-National Corporation in Jiangxi Province has far-reaching significance.Based on the analysis of multi-national corporation theory and development foundation,according to the economic development environment of Jiangxi,this essay pointed out the necessity of cultivating multi-national corporation.Combined with the present development situation of Jiangxi native transnational corporation,we do SWOT analysis on Jiangxi Province's cultivation of local multi-national corporation.In view of the generalization and carefully analysis with the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,based on reality while looking to the future,then propose a corresponding strategy choice.Drawing lessons from Japan and Korea's cultivation of local transnational corporation experience,puts forward the strategy and policy measures to cultivate Jiangxi transnational corporation.This paper points out that according to the strategic position,target,objectives,path and area of the local Multi-National Corporation in Jiangxi,the government need to strengthen the macro planning guidance,increase financial support,enhance the power of policy and service system,build social service system as a platform and guide for the proceeding of enterprises to accelerate the speed of going out.Accelerate the proceeding of local multi-national enterprises' going-out in different aspects such as policy system,public finance and taxation,service system and personnel training.
