At present, establishing R&D Institutions in China by Multi-national IT Corporation has become a promising new investment field. This thesis discusses the MNC investment theory and cross-cultural human resources management theory, the trend and reason of the R&D centers established in China, and also analyze the influence on the HR strategy. The thesis has chosen a Multi-national IT Corporation as a case to study the HR management of the R&D centers in China of Multi-national IT Corporation. At last, when our IT companies face the localization cross culture conflict globalization , our government and enterprises should take HR strategy to meet the challenges. |
