A Feasible Study On The Project Of X Resort Hotel In Unawatun Of Sri Lanka

At present,the "going out" has become an important part of China's national strategy,and foreign direct investment is the key of the "going out" strategy.However,in aspect of the theory and practicing,China's hotel industry in the field of foreign investment has been developing slowly for a long time.In 2013,president of China put forward the strategic concept of "The Belt and Road Initiative",and get the response and support of many countries along.The general idea is will uphold the principle of peaceful cooperation,openness and tolerance,mutual learning and mutual learning,mutual benefit and win-win concept.With the driving of the strategy,the relationship between countries will be more closely,economic and cultural exchanges will also be more widely.Therefore,it will also drive the development of the tourism industry.As the supporting industry of tourism industry,hotel Industry will usher in a climax of development.It will be a major opportunity for China's foreign investment in the hotel industry.There are three reasons to explain why we choose Sri Lanka as the host country of investment.First,Sri Lanka lies in an important hub position in "The Belt and Road Initiative" strategy and has superior geographical position.It can connect to the eastern coastal region of China,southeast of Asia,south of Asia,Africa and European countries and regions along.Second,Sri Lanka has rich tourism resources,including beautiful beaches,quiet mountain area and ancient culture.Third,reasonable policy to other countries make it has a good international relation.What's more,although the tourism of Sri Lanka started early,the effect of internal national conflict,political instability cause it developing slowly.After 2009,with the steady development of the domestic situation,the tourism industry has developed rapidly.Comparing with other countries that tourism industry are in saturation,it has greater potential and value.In this paper,we take the project of X resort hotel as the research object and study it based on the theory of feasibility.We will study and analysis its feasibility from investing environment,marketing supply and demand,marketing structure and development.Through reasonable prediction and estimation from the financial perspective to illustrate whether the investment is feasible in Sri Lanka Tourism Resort Hotel industry.On the one hand,this study aim at create a set of scientific and practical analysis method about the feasibility of project of resort hotel,establish a set of scientific and reasonable system of evaluation,provide the basis of investment for enterprises when they make decisions,avoid and reduce the waste of resources and funds resulting from blind investment.On the other hand,this study will provide a new investment direction and fields for Chinese enterprises,especially in the aspect of resort hotel.Through analyzing to the macro investment environment of host countries,the market gap of hotel industry,return on investment and risk of investment,it can provide some reference for Chinese enterprises to invest in the hotel industry of Sri Lanka.
