Xiamen WR Resort is developed by WR Real Estate Company. The project is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province. The hotel will contain104rooms,2restaurants, and a high standard SPA centre. Company plans to invest total RMB160M, covering an area of32,280architecture acreage square meters. It will be developed a5-star luxury resort and will lead the development of other business properties and high-end buildings.The object of this thesis is the evaluation study of Xiamen WR resort investment item. Firstly, the paper collects plenty of domestic competitors’ information and relative data. Through the study and analysis of various theories including project management, feasibility studies, financial management, and other relevant theories and methods, this paper applies these theories to the study of hotel project investment.This paper introduces the development of the feasibility study. And analyze the current study status in China. On this basis, we use the feasibility theories to specify the study of hotel project evaluation. After that, with the competitor’s data we collecting from market, we evaluate the marketing feasibility for this project. Then with the estimate investment amount and the10-years forecast, the paper makes the financial evaluation. We hope this article will help to future study of hotel project evaluation and give the investor some guidance.
