China's huge export behind with the serious damage to the environment, resources excessive consumption, the aggravation of pollution and other issues, it had to let us to reflect on China's export quality and China's export connotation, purely in order to study the trade volume of export can't reflect. Through the calculation of the added value of trade, we can be more realistic to measure our country's export benefit and export quality. The classical theory of international trade that improve the benefits of international trade to make its abundant factor, reduce the income of the country's scarce factors, and the comparative advantage of a country does not necessarily translate to between country and country trade competitive advantage, if blindly rely on comparative advantage is likely to fall into "the trap of comparative advantage". From the height of national strategy of our country, it is necessary to vigorously develop the growth and exports the high added value of high-tech, new strategic industries, which involves the relationship between the how to treat the export structure change and China's comparative advantage and its effects on wages. In this paper, we first calculated export value-added data, and accordingly the export structure analysis and found that China's export structure in the optimization, not only the high-tech products exports increased and its export additional value accounted for the proportion of exports also in ascension, but compared to export additional value coefficient of the international rankings, export additional values closer to the top, value-added exports of high-tech industry in our country compared to developed countries may be mainly concentrated in the link in the low-end products.Articles and to export additional value of wage level effects on the theoretical and empirical analysis, using 32 industry panel data regression, found to export additional value to the industry wage levels total effect is positive, and significant. And on this basis also impact on the exports of wages were regression analysis, control coefficients are found, with value-added measure can better excluded intermediate goods, outsourcing and other factors of interference, more effective for the wage level effect of export. Further, to export additional value changes in the structure of wages change impacts and industry and urban and rural income gap are analyzed. The results showed that with the enhancement of the export of technology intensive and service industry added value proportion, labor intensive type industry average wage level and technology intensive and service industry average wage variance tendency to expand. At the same time, through the analysis, it is found that the change of the added value structure has a positive effect on the expansion of the wage level gap between urban and rural areas.Accordingly, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:to vigorously promote the development of high-tech industry, the scientific research investment, tax, credit and other conditions to provide preferential policies, the fruits of science and technology patent, copyright, intellectual property protection to facilitate the development of perfect law and promote the policy; to break the administrative monopoly, let the market mechanism more perfect, breaking the monopoly of high income; actively promote the development of the financial market, provide better channels for enterprises to direct, rapid and low cost of financing, accelerating the transformation from comparative advantage to competitive advantage, at the same time increase the policy of support in rural areas, but also makes the wage level be improved in the whole country optimization of structure at the same time.
