| As the economy takes on the form of new norm,the domestic demand for services continues to grow.Around the city,real estate construction and the urban village transformation,makes the market demand for the elevator are climbing.However,recently more and more stores to get caught up in the elevator accident,cause people to especially concerned about the quality and service for the elevator maintenance.The elevator market,therefore,in the face of the huge demand ai the same time,and must strengthen its own service quality.Despite the SMEC,as the market share of the biggest elevator enterprises in JiangXi Province,but under the nowadys market environment of incentive,but there is also a need to improve prefect place.In the face of the whole marketing service system is not sound,SMEC is urgented ti eatablish annd improve the company’s own marketing service system,entables the company to continue to keep the market advantage at the same time,and own the consumers loyal consumer.So,as established firms SMEC,sccording to the company’s existing advantages,improve the company’s service system,to achieve the goal of company develop steadily and expand market share,is now the most need to solve the problem.Based on the theory of service marketing,first of all,analyses the marketing environment of SMEC,through market research and face to face interview method,obtained the province city elevator industry in nearly three years of data statistics,and the industry data in nearly three years around the city in JiangXi Province are analyzed;Secondly,using the method of combining the qualitative and quantitative,and PEST and SWOT analysis method,based on China’s elevator industry and the market characteristics of service industry and development potential,and elevator industry of JiangXi Province in nearly three years sales data,analyzes the current situatiom of the elevator service industry in JiangXi Province,and point out the major problems of the current SMEC.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the main problem facing SMEC,on the basis of service marketing strategy formulation mode,put forward the accord with the actual situation of SMEC service marketing strategy.And at the end of this paper,further put forward the concrete stratwgy implementation suggestion.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introducti-on,mainly introduces the research background,significance and methods of the article.The second chapter is the literature review,this chapter reviews the relevant domestic and foreign research,and summarizes the literature.The third chapter is an overview of the theory,this chapter is mainly about the theoretical basis of the paper,it is an overview of the service marketing theory and the traditional marketing theory,and the comparison between the two theories.Chapter four Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co.,Ltd.Jiangxi branch marketing present situation and problem analysis,his chapter introduces the Jiangxi branch company profiles and the status quo of the industry,through the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co.,Ltd.in Jiangxi Province’s internal and external environment of system analysis,and lists problems are analyzed.The fifth chapter is the Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co.,Ltd.construction in Jiangxi Province service marketing strategy,the chapter defines the company in Jiangxi Province is facing the internal and external environment of proposed in view of the service marketing strategy of Jiangxi Province,the main product service strategy,pricing strategy and service process management strategy etc.The sixth chapter is the implementation of the service marketing strategy of Shanghai MITSUBISHI Elevator Co.,Ltd.Jiangxi Province,this chapter determines the company’s service marketing strategy in Jiangxi Province,and puts forward the suggestions for the implementation of the above strategies.he seventh chapter is the conclusion of the study and the future prospects,mainly expounds the final conclusions of this study,as well as the future of the elevator market service marketing strategy in the future.Through the study of this paper is expected to change the service marketing before the SMEC,be beneficial to its service marketing practice,help them get better development in the fierce market competition.And hope that through this article to the SMEC service marketing,can cause the elevator in the industry of elevator service industry marketing further research and discussion,make the whole industry service marketing to improve. |
