The Impact Of New Urbanization On The Consumption Demand Of Urban Residents In J Iangxi

Jiangxi Province is in the Middle East of China,and the economic development is relatively backward.Its rural area accounts for relatively large part,and Its urbanization process is still low.It must fully develop urbanization to promote consumption growth.However,in the past,there are a lot of articles that separate the research of urbanization and consumption demand.Despite the later many papers combined the research of urbanization and consumption demand,but these studies mostly just from chart data and the subjective judgment of the two relations,lack of mechanism of urbanization and the impact of consumer demand for in-depth theoretical analysis.Most of the articles selected urbanization rate as an index(the urban population accounted for than the total population),but this index can only reflect a single population urbanization level,which is called the traditional urbanization index.Compared with the traditional urbanization with special emphasis on the proportion of the total population of urban population,the new urbanization emphasis on population,resources,environment and development of four in one that is not seen in many other articles.So it is necessary to construct a Jiangxi Province new urbanization level evaluation index system,using the new urbanization level evaluation index system to measure the new urbanization level in Jiangxi Province,then to empirical analysis the impact of new urbanization on consumer demand in Jiangxi.In this paper,firstly,the concept of urbanization,consumption demand and so on are summarized.And then integrated the domestic and foreign literature research on the relationship between urbanization and consumption demand.In order to deeply analyze the relationship between urbanization and consumption demand,this paper makes a deep analysis on the mechanism of the consumption demand in theory,and makes the empirical analysis of this paper have sufficient theoretical basis.Then through factor analysis,the evaluation index system of the new urbanization level in Jiangxi province is constructed.Calculation of the new urbanization level of specific evaluation values.Construct a panel data measurement equation from 2010 to 2013 in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province,through empirical analysis of the impact of new urbanization on the consumption demand of urban residents in Jiangxi province.The regression results show that:the new urbanization of Jiangxi has a promoting effect on the consumption demand of urban residents,but the effect is not significant.According to the empirical analysis results,this article from the new urbanization will bring the rising cost of living,the rise in the cost of housing,the rise in the cost of social governance,average per capita has public resources decreased,municipal infrasstructure is not perfect enough,consumer habits did not change to give it a reasonable explanation.In view of these unfavorable factors,the paper gives the policy suggestion to improve the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi province and to better expand the consumption demand of urban residents in Jiangxi province:1.With the new type of industrialization construction to promote the construction of new urbanization,improve the income level of residents to promote the consumption demand of residents.2.Perfect the system construction of the new urbanization construction,reduce the worries of the residents.Such as perfecting the system of social security,improving the system of employment and income of residents,the perfection and innovation of the consumption system.3.Advocate the mode of modern consumption,strengthen the concept of consumption education,and encourage the consumption of green health.
